Dr. Zachary R. Barnard

Dr. Zachary R. Barnard is a highly skilled neurosurgeon specializing in brain, skull base, and spine tumors, as well as strokes and vascular and neuroendovascular surgery.

He is an expert in treating pulsatile tinnitus, intracranial hypotension, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, and all areas of spine surgery. Based in Los Angeles, Dr. Barnard practices at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Dignity Health Northridge Medical Center, and PIH Health Good Samaritan.

Dr. Barnard’s extensive educational and research background includes a Master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He completed his Neurological Surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and fellowships in Skull Base Surgery and Neuroendovascular Surgery. Dr. Kevin A. Peng

Dr. Kevin A. Peng is a distinguished ear surgeon specializing in neurotology and otolaryngology, treating a comprehensive range of ear conditions including chronic ear infections, hearing loss, acoustic tumors, tinnitus, and dizziness.

Fluent in Mandarin and Spanish, Dr. Peng practices at the House Clinic in Los Angeles, where he has been a surgeon and researcher since 2015. His passion for neurotology is fueled by his deep interest in music and languages, and he is dedicated to helping his patients improve their hearing and quality of life.

Dr. Peng’s educational journey began at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine, followed by an internship and residency at UCLA Medical Center. He completed a fellowship at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and holds board certifications in both neurotology and otolaryngology from the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
